Co-Sponsor
If you are an individual, a student organization, faculty and/or staff member(s) interested in co-sponsoring a Danes After Dark event we would love to hear from you! Co-sponsoring with us is an easy and rewarding experience.
To request co-sponsoring an event simply fill out a reservation form (available in the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership in Campus Center 130), attach a copy of advertisements which must include the
Danes After Dark logo, and a brief written proposal including: why this would be a good Danes After Dark event, a description of the event, and any additional funding requested for the event. Then submit your completed request to:

Note: Danes After Dark will provide funding for the room charge any additional funding must be included in the written proposal.
Request Check List
Before you hand in your proposal make sure you have attached all of the following:
- Room Reservation Form
- Copy of advertisement (must include Danes After Dark Logo)
- Written Proposal
Proposals are reviewed every Thursday night. You can expect an email from the Danes After Dark Graduate Assistant the first Thursday or Friday after submission regarding the proposal.
